“Our long-term care and rehabilitation facility has had the pleasure of working with TLC Nursing Associates. A nursing facility is dependent on quality reliable staff. With the changes in reimbursement throughout the healthcare realm, it is important to keep staffing costs at an affordable rate. Mohamed Basha’s company was not only reliable and professional but also affordable.
Although usually we usually maintain good staffing ratios, our employees sometimes require time off for various reasons. It is imperative to the functioning of the facility that we have adequate staffing levels and find quick solutions to our staffing challenges. TLC Nursing was professional and provided staffing replacement for us with a low-stress process. The company is local so the staff they provided was able to start immediately. The quality of the staff they provided was exceptional and it was obvious that they had thorough orientation and superb communication and customer service skills. Some difficult factors of staffing replacement for temporary nursing are high costs, hidden charges, and lengthy contracts. We had none of these problems with TLC Nursing: we were able to have staffing replacement on an as-needed basis.
