We hire and provide placement for all types of healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, LNAs, and other allied frontline healthcare professionals. We require a minimum of one-year experience for these types of positions. Our staffing coordinators help place the right people in the right jobs and make sure they get the hours they desire for an optimal work-life balance. Health care professionals with licenses and certifications such as RNs and LPNs as well as other allied healthcare professionals should have a minimum of one-year experience before joining our team. All of our employees must have current CPR certifications and healthcare statements that include PPD testing.

We provide all employees with basic training and any facility training or certification that is needed for the desired position. Some of these include Professional Assault Crisis Training (Pro-ACT), Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB), Positive Approach to Care (PAC) and any other specialized training you might need for a particular assignment. Our nurse educators ensure that everyone is up to date on all the training they need and run our excellent in-house training and education events.
